Athletic Performance

Athletic Performance sessions are available with Warren for athletes looking to improve their strength, coordination and athletic performance.

To get started with athletic performance, request a discovery visit, where we can meet and tailor a program to the athlete(s). We will discuss specific goals the athlete wants to achieve, as well as scheduling considerations and group vs. individual training.

  • Who’s eligible: Athletes from age 5 and up

  • How long is a session: 45-60 minutes

  • How often are sessions: It is up to the individual. We can do as much or as little as the athlete wants. 

  • Is it one athlete at a time, or multiple?: We have found that kids seem to do better in our sessions when they are with other kids. But absolutely, if desired we can do 1-on-1. Max number of athletes during one session is five.

  • How much does it cost? $20 per athlete per session, unless 1-on-1 is requested. 1-on-1 is $50 per session.

  • What we’ll work on: movement skills, range of motion, strength and power, stabilization, plyometric activities, quickness drills, jumping, single leg activities, lifting and power movements. We don’t use the same program for everyone, instead, we will tailor it to you or your athlete’s specific goals.

  • How often do I get billed? We’ll bill you once a month.
